Mitengo House opened in 2019. Situated in arguably one of the most beautiful areas of Lilongwe, the lodge is ideal for peaceful stopover with all facilities provided.
A growing range of services is available within 5 minutes distance in this part of Malawi's capital city. It's just 10 miles/16 km from Lilongwe International Airport and 4 km from the city business centre.
The nine contemporary, en-suite rooms are decorated in an attractive ethnic style. Aircon units, ceiling fans and spacious mosquito nets are provided in all the lodge rooms. There is also a comfortable lounge, an on-site restaurant (which offers breakfast and limited evening meals), a beautiful garden and a shady terrace.
Safe parking is available in an enclosed area and the Lodge has 24 hours' security. Internet is provided in the hotel by means of a Starlink wifi. The restaurant offers breakfast and limited evening meals. Small conferences can also be accommodated. The Lodge is ideal for business guests and those wanting to explore Malawi's capital.
